Acid / Alkaline Balance

If your body pH is acidic, you are at risk for degenerative diseases such as diabetes. This condition is known medically as acidosis. pH activity is needed for metabolism is 7.35, slightly alkaline. Your body automatically adjusts trace amounts of materials to reach this pH level. If you feed yourself materials which need a lot of pH manipulation (either over the acid or alkaline), the demand for minerals and compounds necessary to adjust the pH is higher and the stress that requires this balance is greater. Your body will take compounds from existing sources - such as calcium in bones - if needed for large, repetitive adjustments that foods do not supply the raw materials for. This is the definition of malnutrition, independent of your body weight.

When acid waste accumulates in your body, your cells are not able to absorb nutrients they need. When the cells do not function properly, the organs do not function properly. This also applies to the hormone insulin that regulate blood sugar, which in turn allows nutrients into the cells. Without blood sugar regulation, a body can diagnosed as having diabetes.

Glycemic control is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Sugar is the fuel body and brain. The brain and eyes are particularly sensitive to proper blood sugar levels.

With the highly acidic pH level, pancreas, liver, and the rest of the body is at risk. Liver has an important role in removing acid waste from the body. When acid waste accumulates, the liver is in danger. You can save the acidic waste which can not be removed, the liver makes fat, which is close to the liver. A typical medical complication of diabetes is a "fatty liver".

Acid waste is not removed from cells, cell wall hardens, which makes them less capable of nutrients, insulin and absorb glucose. This insulin insensitivity increases the amount of blood sugar in the system.

High acidity has increased in diabetes and diabetes more high acidity. This is the wrong pH level provides a greater risk of diabetes complications such as kidney failure, gangrene, and blindness.

The biggest problem is that diabetics have too much glucose (blood sugar) into the bloodstream. This is due to either insulin (which is to carry glucose into cells for energy release) is produced by the pancreas is insufficient or the cells are insensitive to insulin. This excess glucose is absorbed and processed by the liver. If the liver capacity for glucose absorption, increases acidity in the body of other toxins that does not remove the body.

This increased acid cycle can be reversed. Breaking this cycle can lead to reversal of diabetes as well. Balancing the pH level is achieved using a complete, easy to learn about lifestyle changes, and consistent use of these tools. These changes allow you to significantly reduce the likelihood that diabetes affects you. You have more energy, less fatigue, and a longer and healthier lives.

To reduce the acidity of your body, a diet that is alkaline has proved to work. This diet contains the right combination of fruits, vegetables and removing refined carbohydrates (including sugars).Refined carbohydrates and sugars, immediately raise your blood sugar. They also increase the body's acid level. Vitamins and minerals formulated to help balance the pH is an important part of this struggle, too.

Although diet is a very important program to continue to improve against diabetes, it is just one of the legs which support you. Physical exercise and mental attitude are as important.
